Class Rules
1. Be prepared for class
➢ Have ALL materials ready and be in your seat before the bell rings
➢ Always have extra reading material (novel, nonfiction book, etc.)
2. Be respectful of yourself and others
3. Be honest
4. Keep hands, feet, objects and rude comments to yourself
NOTICE:
There are certain instances where behaviors are completely inappropriate. Such behaviors include fighting, cursing, and inappropriate contact with peers, disrespect and others at teacher’s discretion. In these cases, the teacher may choose to write a disciplinary referral and send the student to the office.

Grading Criteria
90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
60-69 = D
59-0 = F
• All assignments will be assessed on a point scale.
• As per district policy, if you are absent (for example two days) then you have that many days (two days) to make up any missed assignments before they will be counted as late.
* Late assignments will be assessed one letter grade penalty.
